Low bridge, driver not paying attention, and insurance company not paying for wrecked trailer

The New Jersey turnpike was built by Robert Moses, who didn't want trucks on it, but to get it financed by New York and New Jersey, he agreed that after the bonds were paid, it would be open to commercial traffic. Moses had the last laugh. Although the center of bridge meets the height regulations, it an arch, so the clearance is actually lower. This truck drove under one of the original bridges
